Peter Kontor Okyere
Managing Director

Peter is a proactive, adaptable and conscientious employment consultant with two years international experience in the recruitment industry for eagle security in United Kingdom, he is also Agricultural consultant.
He overcomes challenges through a tenacious and questioning approach - drawing on wide-ranging technical expertise.
At KJ Jobcentre, he is responsible for overall management of the Firm, client relationship management and quality assurance.
Also an articulate and diplomatic communicator plus an effective team player with strong coaching skills, consistently works to the highest professional standards and thrives when working as part of a cohesive team to deliver projects that yield multiple business benefit.
Prior to joining KJJOBCENTRE, he was an Executive Producer in one of the music industry in Ghana, recruitment officer for eagle security in the United Kingdom, President for Health for All HUMAN RIGHTS BASED DEVELOPMENT on health, which is affiliated to Global health council USA, a member of ATTRA'S.National Sustainable Agricultural Information Service USA, a member of Canadian Co-operative Association (CCA).
Peter has worked in several sectors and industries including hospitality, agricultural and agro-processing, healthcare, manufacturing in Ghana and also in the United Kingdom .
Peter holds Bsc. in Agricultural from University of Cape Coast, SIA (Security Industry Authority) Licenses Certificate (UK) SITO City Guild; He has attended several professional development programmes as part of capacity professional development programmes in Ghana and the United Kingdom .

Kwaku Adomako
Manager
Kwaku Adomako is the Manager of KJ Jobcentre. He is also the supervising scientist for the Development of Layer Parent Stock research collaboration between the Animal Science Department of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (K.N.U.S.T), and Akate Farms and Trading Company Limited. Prior to joining KJ Jobcentre he served as the Executive Secretary of African Heritage International – A humanitarian NGO based in Canada . He was also a Teaching Assistant at K.N.U.S.T.
Kwaku is propelling KJ Jobcentre forward to realize its objective of becoming the foremost recruitment agency in Ghana and one of the best globally, through his efficient, pragmatic and results oriented leadership. He is a good team player and communicates efficiently at all levels. He is amiable, affable, enthusiastic, and has a high initiative drive. He is a good teacher, a quick leaner, approachable, teachable and supervises others effectively. He is honesty and has strong moral values which promote business relations. Kwaku has excellent presentation skills which as helped in selling the core values of KJ Jobcentre to other businesses. He is a realistic manager and has a lot of common sense.
Kwaku holds BSc. Agriculture from K.N.U.S.T. and currently at the final stage of his PhD dissertation in Animal Breeding and Genetics within the same university. He has undertaken so many research works including surveys on the livelihood of Ghanaian villagers. He has also attended so many conferences and seminars on leadership, entrepreneurship, animal production and animal breeding. He is currently an active member of Graduate Students’ Association of Ghana and also Ghana Society of Animal Production.
